2011 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The Northwest Society of Allergy Nurses would like to invite and welcome you as an exhibitor to our 24th Annual conference. It will be held October 7-9, 2011 at the Eagle Crest Resort, Redmond, Oregon. We are making preparations for space and also planning ahead with our budget, by providing the following information. We appreciate your attendance and would like this to be a good weekend for you as well as for our registrants. Please check the web site, for the Resort’s lodging and convention center address. Presentations and exhibits will be at the lodge convention center. For more information or questions about the conference, our email is nwsan@peak.org or phone 1-541-928- 9095.

The exhibits may be set up after 4:00 PM on Friday to be ready for Friday evening. Exhibit hours will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, October 7th and all day Saturday, October 8th until 3:00 PM. Exhibits can then be taken down.

Representatives are welcome to attend all presentations and functions. We will make badges for those representatives attending. Our tax ID # is 93-1009464.
